Seems the Italian ambassador got upset with this poster trying to convince people not to bring strong smelling foods in to the London Underground. It’s since been pulled.

In the news:

“Why don’t they get new jobs if they’re unhappy — or go on Prozac?” said Susan Sheybani, an assistant to Bush campaign spokesman Terry Holt.

The comment was apparently directed to a colleague who was transferring a phone call from a reporter asking about job quality, and who overheard the remark.

Adam Felber over at Fanatical Apathy has a great take on this item that in itself would have been funny if it wasn’t such a scary vision into the thinking in the Bush camp.

Caught a little bit of Kerry’s acceptance speech last night and this morning. The image of him saluting is everywhere in the papers today. Cox and Forkum who are as right wing as they come have a little fun with the Democrats with this cartoon.
