The “New” Canadian Air & Space Museum or Phoenix Rising


It’s been over a year since the Canadian Air & Space Museum closed it doors to the public.  Since then rumours have abounded regarding the fate of the museum and its important collection.

Finally some movement.  CASM is in final discussions with the Great Toronto Airports Authority to open a new museum at Lester B. Pearson International Airport.  Significant work needs to be done to the proposed facility to make it work and in the meantime the museum’s exhibits require storage.  The museum has started a fundraising campaign at and I urge everyone to contribute what you can to keep the Canadian Air & Space Museum alive.
