Who Am I?
Hello!
My name is Ken Mist and I thank you for visiting. You can reach me by clicking that handsome image on the right.
I live in Brampton, Ontario which is a suburb of Toronto Canada. I work for a multi-national logistics company where I’m responsible for systems development and implementation. I’ve been employed by the same firm for nearly 30 years.
My wife, Jan, and I live with 2 very fat happy cats in a little house that is completely paid off.
What do I do when I’m not working? Many, many rounds of bad golf. Photography, not bad and getting better. Volunteer work at the Toronto Aerospace Museum. Member of the Canadian Aviation Historical Society. Too many visits to the local pub.
As you can tell, I’m a bit of an airplane nut. I fly a fair bit through work with 3 scheduled trips a year to Switzerland along with visits to our branches across Canada and infrequent trips to the US and Canada in support of our business. I love to fly. One of my best friends is a Captain with a charter airlines and another is a retired Air Canada captain. If I had my life to live over, I would have gotten into aviation.
In June 2008, I started down the long road to obtain my Private Pilot’s License.
Anyhow, enough about me. I hope you enjoy your visit and I would really love to receive your comments.
